CHESTERFIELD FUTSAL LEAGUE – PRIVACY NOTICE

The Chesterfield Futsal League takes privacy very seriously.

We collect data from club and team registration forms and tournament entry forms and from match results which we need in order to perform our part of the contract of running a futsal league. Examples of these forms are available from the downloads page on this website. 

We take reasonable care to keep that information secure and to prevent any unauthorised access to or use of it.

We may share anonymised data with third parties or facility providers in order to run the league efficiently or to seek funding.

We may publish match and league results. We may seek consent for pictures and videos to be published by CFL, their sponsors, the FA and the press in order to promote futsal, football, CFL or CFL sponsors’ businesses.

When a club, team, or player registers with the League, personal information may be entered onto, or retrieved from, the Whole Game System database, which is administered by the FA. The personal data that is stored on Whole Game System is subject to the FA's privacy policy so we advise you review that policy together with this notice. If you would like your personal data to be deleted from Whole Game System then please contact the County FA. We also pass information to the County FA/FA for affiliation purposes.

If you are a data subject you may have the right at any time to request access to, rectification or erasure of personal data; to restrict or object to certain kinds of processing of personal data, including direct marketing; to the portability of personal data and to complain to the UK's data protection supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office about the processing of personal data.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time.
